AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3158 on page 9, line 5, by replacing "$250" with "$100"; and

on page 9, line 22, by replacing "$15" with "$5"; and

on page 10, line 21, after the period, by inserting "The $25 annual report fee shall be deposited into the Comptroller's Administrative Fund. The $5 fee for each natural organic reduction performed shall be deposited into the Cemetery Consumer Protection Fund."; and

on page 11, line 19, by replacing "$250" with "$100"; and
