AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3133

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3133 on page 13, line 9, by replacing "The" with "Solely in relation to the discharge of sewage, industrial wastes, or other wastes subject to one of the sanitary district's ordinances, the"; and

on page 13, line 21, after the period, by inserting "Enrollment in the electronic reporting system in this subsection is voluntary and limited to nonresidential facilities or uses. Service by email under this Section is only permitted on those persons or entities that voluntarily enroll in the system.".
