2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3109 by replacing
3 line 25 on page 2 through line 2 on page 3 with "determining
4 mental capacity, shall consider the latest recommendations of
5 the Federation of State Medical Boards."; and

6 on page 18, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with "individual
7 licensed under this Act, shall consider the latest
8 recommendations of the Federation of State Medical Boards.".
