1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3026
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3026 on page 13, by
3 inserting immediately below line 9 the following:
4     "(E) The rules and regulations shall provide for the
5 recalculation of program credits awarded pursuant to this
6 paragraph (4) prior to July 1, 2021 (the effective date of
7 Public Act 101-652) at the rate set for such credits on and
8 after July 1, 2021."; and

9 on page 17, line 24, by inserting "(A)" after "(4.2)"; and

10 on page 18, by inserting immediately below line 3 the
11 following:
12     "(B) The rules and regulations shall provide for the award
13 of sentence credit under this paragraph (4.2) for qualifying
14 days of engagement in eligible activities occurring prior to
15 July 1, 2021 (the effective date of Public Act 101-652).".
