2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2862 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 19, by inserting the following:
4 "(f) A person licensed under this Act shall only be
5 allowed to provide services through telemedicine during a
6 public health emergency declared by the Governor.".
