1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2572
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2572, on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 17 with "or any other entity to be
4 used for conversion therapy. The State shall not enter into
5 any contract for the provision of conversion therapy. Any
6 contract entered into or renewed after the effective date of
7 this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly that is used
8 or will be used for conversion therapy shall be void and
9 unenforceable as contrary to public policy.".
