1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2527
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2527 by replacing
3 line 21 on page 1 through line 7 on page 2 with the following:
4         "(3) The Executive Director of the Illinois Finance
5     Authority, or his or her designee.
6         (4) ~~(3)~~ One member appointed by the President of the
7     Senate.
8         (5) ~~(4)~~ One member appointed by the Minority Leader of
9     the Senate.
10         (6) ~~(5)~~ One member appointed by the Speaker of the
11     House of Representatives.
12         (7) ~~(6)~~ One member appointed by the Minority Leader of
13     the House of Representatives.
14         (8) ~~(7)~~ Members appointed by the Director of the
15     Illinois Environmental Protection Agency as follows:"; and

16 on page 4, line 15, by replacing "September 30 ~~January 31~~,
17 2023" with "March 1, 2024 ~~January 31, 2023~~"; and
