1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2458
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2458 on page 44,
3 lines 18 and 19, by deleting ", intelligent,"; and

4 on page 49, by replacing lines 10 through 13 with the
5 following:
6         "(5) A violation of paragraph (3) of subsection (a) is
7     a Class 4 felony."; and

8 on page 85, line 23, by inserting after "when" the following:
9 ", being 5 years or more older than a child, or holding a
10 position of trust, authority, or supervision in relation to
11 the child at the time of the offense,".
