1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2418
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2418 on page 40, by
3 replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:
4 "expungement or immediate sealing of his or her criminal
5 record upon the completion of his or her last"; and

6 on page 40, line 19, after the comma, by inserting "that is not
7 a misdemeanor offense,".
