AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2269

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2269 on page 9,
3line 1, after "record", by inserting ", such as a power to
4appoint, remove, or designate a trustee or other fiduciary or
5powerholder, a power to direct a trustee, a power to modify or
6amend, a power to withdraw assets, a power to decant, a power
7to waive notice, or any other power granted under this Act, any
8other statute, the terms of a trust, or any rule of law
9possessed by a trustee, a grantor, a beneficiary, or a third
10party"; and
 
11on page 9, line 12, after "individual", by inserting ",
12including a short-term, temporary, or standby guardian"; and
 
13on page 9, by replacing line 14 with "child, including a
14short-term, temporary, or standby guardian; (11) a supported
15decision-making agreement under the Supported Decision-Making
16Agreement Act; (12) a mental health treatment declaration;
