AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2207

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2207 by replacing line 25 on page 4 through line 3 on page 5 with "General Fund. On or after July 1, 2023, at the direction of the Department, the Comptroller shall direct and the Treasurer shall transfer the remaining balance of funds collected under this Act from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the Division of Real Estate General Fund."; and

on page 11, line 15, by replacing "certified" with "certified"; and

on page 11, line 17, after "record", by inserting "or, if in the course of the administrative proceeding the party has previously designated a specific email address at which to accept electronic service for that specific proceeding, by sending a copy by email to the party's email address on record"; and

on page 145, line 17, by replacing "certified" with "certified"; and

on page 145, line 20, after "Department", by inserting "or, if in the course of the administrative proceeding the party has previously designated a specific email address at which to accept electronic service for that specific proceeding, by sending a copy by email to the party's email address on record".
