3 line 20, by replacing "settled" with "resolved"; and

4 on page 44, line 8, by replacing "settled" with "resolved";
5 and

6 on page 44, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following:

7 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect October
8 1, 2023.".
