AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2132

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2132 on page 7, line 12, after "port", by inserting ", and compliance with all rules and regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency"; and

on page 20, line 12, by replacing "Department's" with "Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity's"; and

on page 21, line 16, after "Resources", by inserting "for a site that is in a preferred area pursuant to Section 15 of the Lake Michigan Wind Energy Act"; and

on page 30, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "Department" each time it appears with "Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity"; and

on page 32, line 1, by deleting "and"; and

on page 32, immediately below line 4, by inserting the following:

"(I) fully intends on complying with the Lake Michigan Wind Energy Act and all rules and regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency; and".
