AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2077

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2077, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 4, on page 41, line 4, after "action.", by inserting "A pharmacist is not required to ensure or responsible for ensuring the prescriber's compliance under subsection (b), nor may any other entity or organization require a pharmacist to ensure the prescriber's compliance with that subsection.".
