1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2054
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2054 on page 80, by
3 replacing lines 22 through 26 with the following:
4 "these duties must: (1) be over the age of 21 and (2) have a
5 high school diploma or equivalent and either (A) a ~~any~~
6 bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or
7 university or (B) 2 or more years of experience providing
8 direct care to youth in the form of residential care,
9 coaching, case management, or mentoring. This requirement".
