AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1186

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1186 on page 3, line 18, after the period, by inserting "The Director may prescribe by rule the language that must be included in the plan name, marketing, advertising, or other consumer disclosure requirements to differentiate a health care plan that does not use a referral system for such providers from a health care plan that does use a referral system for such providers."; and

on page 6, line 22, after "system", by inserting "with the health maintenance organization's contracted or employed providers".
