| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Dallas L. Moore Sr. of South Roxana, | 4 | | who passed away on March 11, 2021; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. was born in Pinckneyville to | 6 | | Clarence Moore and Mabel (Davis) Moore-Owen on December 13, | 7 | | 1933; he married Janet Stone in Pinckneyville on May 2, 1953; | 8 | | and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. was a machinist for Schoeneweis | 10 | | Tool and Die until he retired in 1996; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. was preceded in death by his | 12 | | parents and his stepfather, Alfred Owen; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Dallas Moore Sr. is survived by his wife; his | 14 | | son, Dallas (Alberta) Moore Jr.; his daughter, Jeanie (Rick) | 15 | | Farrow; his grandchildren, Michael Moore, Amy Loepker, and | 16 | | Nicholas Farrow; and his great-grandchildren, Heaven Moore, | 17 | | Viktor Farrow, Owen Farrow, and Jake Loepker; therefore, be it
