1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3613
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3613 as follows:

3 by replacing line 8 on page 1 through line 2 on page 3 with the
4 following:

5     "(b) The Task Force shall consist of the following
6 members:
7         (1) one member of the Senate, appointed by the
8     President of the Senate;
9         (2) one member of the Senate, appointed by the
10     Minority Leader of the Senate;
11         (3) one member of the House of Representatives,
12     appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives;
13         (4) one member of the House of Representatives,
14     appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of
15     Representatives;
16         (5) one member representing the Governor's Office of

1     Management and Budget, appointed by the Governor;
2         (6) one member representing a statewide labor
3     organization, appointed by the Governor;
4         (7) one member representing a national laboratory that
5     researches alternate fuels, energy, and environmental
6     impacts, appointed by the Governor;
7         (8) one member from the Office of Energy, appointed by
8     the Director of the Illinois Environmental Protection
9     Agency;
10         (9) one member representing local economic development
11     interests, appointed by the Director of Commerce and
12     Economic Opportunity;
13         (10) one member representing a trade association,
14     appointed by the Director of Commerce and Economic
15     Opportunity;
16         (11) one representative of a manufacturing
17     association, appointed by the Director of Commerce and
18     Economic Opportunity;
19         (12) one representative of a community-based
20     organization that supports environmental justice
21     communities, appointed by the Director of Commerce and
22     Economic Opportunity;
23         (13) one member representing the University of
24     Illinois Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and
25     Environment, appointed by the President of the University
26     of Illinois System;

1         (14) the Director of the Illinois Power Agency or his
2     or her designee;
3         (15) the Chairman of the Illinois Commerce Commission
4     or his or her designee;
5         (16) the Director of Commerce and Economic Opportunity
6     or his or her designee;
7         (17) the Director of Natural Resources or his or her
8     designee;
9         (18) the Secretary of Transportation or his or her
10     designee;
11         (19) the Director of Agriculture or his or her
12     designee; and
13         (20) the Chair of the Illinois Community College Board
14     or his or her designee."; and

15 on page 3, line 21, after "hydrogen" by inserting ", including
16 within environmental justice communities".
