AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3460

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3460, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 2, on page 1, lines 12 and 13, by replacing "of any offense involving a" with "any felony in"; and

on page 2, lines 1 and 2, by replacing "of any offense involving a" with "any felony in"; and

on page 2, line 17, by replacing "why not to place the elected official on administrative leave" with "why the elected official should not be placed on administrative leave"; and

on page 2, line 19, by replacing "or" with "or,"; and

on page 3, lines 1 and 2, by replacing "why not to place the elected official on administrative leave" with "why the elected official should not be placed on administrative leave"; and

on page 3, line 15, by replacing "office." with "office and shall be barred from county property and performing the official's duties until the case is closed and the county board determines the conflict is resolved."; and

on page 4, line 10, by replacing "of any offense involving a" with "any felony in"; and

on page 4, line 15, by replacing "of any offense involving a" with "any felony in"; and

on page 5, lines 3 and 4, by replacing "why not to place the elected official on administrative leave" with "why the elected official should not be placed on administrative leave"; and
