SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

410 ILCS 406/90 rep.

Amends the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Services Act. Repeals provisions regarding the Act's repealer. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

(410 ILCS 406/90 rep.)

Section 5. The Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Services Act is amended by repealing Section 90.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
