1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2962
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2962 on page 2,
3 line 16, by replacing "The ~~Subject to federal approval, the~~"
4 with "Subject to federal approval, the"; and

5 on page 4, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
6 following:

7 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
8 1, 2023.".
