AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2042

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2042, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 2, as follows:

on page 10, line 19, by replacing "teacher" with "staff"; and

on page 10, line 20, by replacing "teacher" with "staff member"; and

on page 10, by replacing line 23 with the following:

"challenge a staff member's candidacy. An inquiry made to the Board shall be made in writing in accordance with Board rules."; and

on page 23, line 14, by replacing "it" with "the rejection or modification of any school improvement plan or implementation thereof".
