AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2004 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2004 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
 
4    "Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended  by 
5adding Section 105 as follows:
 
6    (5 ILCS 460/105 new)
7    Sec. 105. State microbe. Penicillium rubens NRRL 1951 is 
8designated the official State microbe of the State of
