1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1974
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1974 on page 2,
3 line 22, by replacing "or" with "~~or~~"; and

4 on page 2, by replacing line 25 with the following:
5     "insurer; or ~~.~~
6         (4) an insurer contracted with the Department of
7     Healthcare and Family Services is required by the
8     Department of Healthcare and Family Services to recoup or
9     offset payments due to a federal Medicaid requirement.".
