AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1698

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1698, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2, on page 34, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:

"The wage base adjustment, rate adjustment, and allowance adjustment applicable to any calendar year prior to 2023 shall be as determined pursuant to this Section as in effect prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly.

The wage base adjustment, rate adjustment, and allowance adjustment applicable to any calendar year after calendar year 2023 and each calendar year thereafter 2009 shall be as follows:"; and

on page 42, line 20, by replacing "Section 2101.1B" with "subsection B of Part (I) of Section 2101.1"; and

on page 43, line 5, by replacing "Section 2101.1B" with "subsection B of Part (I) of Section 2101.1"; and

on page 48, line 9, by replacing "2025" with "2024"; and

on page 52, line 13, by replacing "if appropriation" with "if an appropriation".
