| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Robert | 4 | | Russell "BB" Rose of East Peoria, who passed away on July 23, | 5 | | 2022; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Bob Rose was born to Curtis and Phyllis (Schwinn) | 7 | | Rose in Peoria on October 27, 1956; he married Janetta Gilmore | 8 | | on July 15, 2006, and she preceded him in death on November 13, | 9 | | 2018; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Bob Rose was a dedicated member of Carpenters' | 11 | | Local Union 237 for over 40 years; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Bob Rose belonged to the Elks Lodge and the | 13 | | Wilmore Sportsman Club; he enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting, and | 14 | | camping; most importantly, he loved spending time with his | 15 | | family and friends; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Bob Rose never met a stranger; he was known for | 17 | | being friendly and approachable to anyone and everyone and for | 18 | | finding people he knew everywhere he went; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Bob Rose was preceded in death by his parents and | 20 | | his wife, Janetta; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Bob Rose is survived by his stepdaughter, | 2 | | Christina (Kevin) Klein; his grandson, Fox Millikin; his | 3 | | brother, Garry (Rhonda) Rose; his niece, Michelle (Kyle) | 4 | | Foskett; his nephew, Matt (Erica Sellers) Rose; his | 5 | | grandniece, Kinslee Rose; and his cat, Buddy; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | 7 | | HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | 8 | | we mourn the passing of Robert Russell "BB" Rose and extend our | 9 | | sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew | 10 | | and loved him; and be it further
| 11 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 12 | | presented to the family of Bob Rose as an expression of our | 13 | | deepest sympathy.
