AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4825

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4825 on page 1, line 12, after "such", by inserting "original"; and

on page 1, line 13, by replacing "written with pen and ink" with "written with pen and ink"; and

on page 4, by replacing line 23 with "applicant, child of the applicant, or other approved driver of the registered vehicle"; and

on page 5, by replacing line 16 with "person, child of the person, or other approved driver of the registered vehicle"; and

on page 6, line 1, after "operator" by inserting "or a child passenger"; and

on page 6, immediately below line 15, by inserting the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.".
