1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4772
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4772 on page 13,
3 immediately below line 10, by inserting the following:

4     "(55 ILCS 5/5-45047 new)
5     Sec. 5-45047. Exception. Nothing in this Division shall
6 prevent a county from using a qualification-based selection
7 process for design professionals or construction managers for
8 design-build projects.".
