AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4645 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4645 on page 6, 
3lines 18 and 19, by replacing "certified nurse midwife" with 
4"nurse"; and


 
5on page 8, immediately below line 6, by inserting the 
6following:
7    ""Nurse" means a person who is licensed as a licensed 
8practical nurse or as a registered nurse under the Nurse
