2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3878 on page 31,
3 line 5, by changing "March 31, 2022" to "September 30, 2023";
4 and

5 on page 31, line 19, by changing "March 31, 2023" to "September
6 30, 2024"; and

7 on page 31, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following:

8     "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
9 2023.".
