AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3666

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3666, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, by replacing line 17 on page 957 through line 16 on page 960 with the following:

"(h) All EGUs and large greenhouse gas-emitting units that use coal as a fuel and are public GHG-emitting units shall permanently reduce carbon dioxide and copollutant emissions to zero no later than December 31, 2045.".
