1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1765
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1765 on page 2,
3 line 2, by inserting ":" after "apply"; and

4 on page 2, line 6, by replacing "meeting." with the following:
5 "meeting; and whenever the person speaking at an open meeting
6 of the public body is also under consideration for appointment
7 to a government position by that public body.
8 (c) This Act creates no claims for damages or other relief
9 for violations of this Act.".
