1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1563
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1563, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 2, line 4, by replacing "marketers" with "merchants";
6 and

7 on page 2, line 13, by deleting "and"; and

8 on page 2, immediately below line 13, by inserting the
9 following:
10         "(10) one representative of a worker advocacy
11     organization representing warehouse workers, appointed by
12     the Governor; and"; and

13 on page 2, line 14, by replacing "(10)" with "(11)".
