1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 414
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 414 on page 11,
3 immediately below line 23, by inserting the following:
4 "In its use of federal funds under this Act, the
5 Department may not cause a disproportionate share of those
6 federal funds to benefit customers of water or sewer providers
7 that do not assess the Water and Sewer Assistance Charge.".
