AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 205

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 205 on page 1, by replacing line 5 with the following: "Children's Mental Health Local Collaborative Transformation Fund Act."; and

on page 2, line 5, by replacing "integrated" with "local collaborative transformation"; and

on page 3, line 25, by replacing ""Integrated" with ""Local collaborative transformation"; and

on page 11, line 6, by replacing "an integrated" with "a local collaborative transformation"; and

on page 12, by inserting immediately below line 25 the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January 1, 2023.".
