1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2924
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2924 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3105/1)  (from Ch. 127, par. 771)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 Capital Development Board Act, hereafter referred to as "this
9 Act".
