1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2237
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2237 on page 9, line
3 20, after the period, by inserting "Notwithstanding any court
4 order which would otherwise prevent the release of information,
5 the Department of Public Health is authorized to release the
6 information specified under this subsection (c) to the State
7 Treasurer for the purposes of the Program established under
8 this Section.".
