1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 97
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 97, AS AMENDED, with
3 reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on
4 page 5, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with the following:
5 "2020. The one resident judgeship elected from Moultrie County
6 before or at the 2020 general election shall become a resident
7 judgeship from Moultrie County in the 24th circuit on
8 December"; and

9 on page 5, line 20, after the period, by inserting the
10 following:
11 "The one resident judgeship elected from Piatt County before or
12 at the 2020 general election shall become a resident judgeship
13 from Piatt County in the 24th circuit on December 7, 2020.".
