SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Erin Elizabeth Reilly of Edwardsville,
4who passed away on February 26, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Erin Reilly was born in St. Louis, Missouri to
6Dennis and Jan (Stelloh) Reilly on January 14, 1969; she
7attended Edwardsville High school and graduated from Daniel
8Hand High School in Madison, Connecticut; she earned a
9Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and her Juris Doctorate
10from Saint Louis University; she married Jim Logan on November
1110, 2000; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Erin Reilly practiced family law in Edwardsville;
13she often donated her time through Pro Bono work; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Erin Reilly enjoyed attending baseball games,
15gymnastic meets, soccer games, and serving as a girl scout
16leader; she leaves a legacy of laughter, love, and kindness;
17and
 
18    WHEREAS, Erin Reilly was preceded in death by her son,
19James "Baby Jake" Logan; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Erin Reilly is survived by her husband, James; her

1children, Nick, Katie, and Layne Logan; her stepchildren, Jared
2Meyer and Joanna Holrnin; her parents; her siblings, Becki (Ron
3Allen) Reilly and Christopher (Tracey Snow) Reilly; and her
4many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends; therefore, be
5it
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
8Erin Elizabeth Reilly and extend our sincere condolences to her
9family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
10further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Erin Reilly as an expression of our
13deepest sympathy.
