AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3233

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3233 as follows:

on page 1, line 18, after "(iv)", by inserting "for appropriations for the Office of the Governor enacted after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly,"; and

on page 3, by replacing line 7 with "For appropriations for the Office of the Governor enacted after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly, (1) the foregoing certification"; and

on page 3, by replacing line 12 with "approvals which may be required by law to be made; and (2) in no event".
