1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3134
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3134, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing line 26 with the following:

5         "(9) one member appointed by the county executive of
6     the county"; and

7 on page 3, by replacing lines 3 through 8 with the following:

8         "(10) one member appointed by the chairman of the
9     county board with the advice and consent of the county
10     board from a municipality in each of the following
11     counties: (i) DuPage County; (ii) Kane County; (iii) Lake
12     County; and (iv) McHenry County;
13         (11) one member appointed by the county executive with
14     the advice and consent of the county board from a
15     municipality in Will County;

1         (12) the Governor or his or her designee; and
2         (13) the Director of the Illinois Emergency Management
3     Agency or his or her designee.".
