AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2675




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2675 on page 2, by 
3replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:


 
4    "(c)   The provisions of this Section shall not apply to: (1)

5construction procurements; (2) construction-related services

6procurements; or (3) the selection of construction-related
