1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1688
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1688, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 3, on page 5, immediately below line 3, by inserting the
5 following:
6         "(4.5) if, due to the applicant's criminal conviction
7     history, the applicant would be explicitly prohibited by
8     federal rules or regulations from working in the position
9     for which a license is sought;".
