1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 986
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 986 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Human Trafficking Task Force Act is amended
5 by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 5085/20)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)
8     Sec. 20. Report. On or before June 30, 2018 ~~2017~~, the Human
9 Trafficking Task Force shall report its findings and
10 recommendations to the General Assembly, by filing copies of
11 its report as provided in Section 3.1 of the General Assembly
12 Organization Act, and to the Governor.

1     Sec. 25. Task force abolished; Act repealed. The Human
2 Trafficking Task Force is abolished and this Act is repealed on
3 July 1, 2018 ~~2017~~.

5     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
6 becoming law.".
