1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 986
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 986 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Human Trafficking Task Force Act is amended
5 by changing Section 25 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 5085/25)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)
8     Sec. 25. Task force abolished; Act repealed. The Human
9 Trafficking Task Force is abolished and this Act is repealed on
10 July 1, 2018 ~~2017~~.
11 (Source: P.A. 99-864, eff. 8-22-16.)

12     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.".
