1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5593
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5593, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 1, line 10, after "Education.", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "All projects procured using this delivery system shall comply
7 with Section 2-3.12 of the School Code and shall be subject to
8 review and approval by the State Board of Education."; and

9 on page 3, line 12, after "factors.", by inserting the
10 following:
11 "Price may not be used as a factor in the evaluation of Phase I
12 proposals."; and

13 on page 12, line 8, by deleting "cost".
