1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5544
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5544 as follows:

3 on page 6, by replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:

4 "Section 30. Reports. The Council shall electronically
5 issue semi-annual reports on its policy recommendations by June
6 30th and December 31st of each year to the Governor and the
7 General Assembly. The reports issued to the General Assembly
8 under this Section shall be filed electronically with the
9 General Assembly as provided under Section 3.1 of the General
10 Assembly Organization Act, and shall be provided to any member
11 of the General Assembly upon request.".
