2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5056 on page 87, by
3 replacing line 10 with the following: "transport vehicles; ~~and~~
4 tow trucks; and any property carrying vehicles being operated
5 in commerce that are registered for a gross weight of more than
6 8,000 lbs but less than 10,001 lbs.".
