1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5056
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5056 on page 84, by
3 replacing line 7 with the following: "Department as set forth
4 in Section 13-109. Any first division vehicle that has a gross
5 weight of 8,000 lbs or more and is used for any commercial
6 purpose shall be subject to inspection by the Department. Each
7 second division".
