3 9, by replacing "July 1, 2020" with "July 1, 2022 ~~July 1,~~
4 ~~2020~~"; and

5 on page 2, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
6 "(b) No later than May 15 of each year, through May 15,
7 2022 ~~May 15, 2020~~, the unit of local government, municipal
8 corporation".
